# Apply to our Fanfix management agency

> Applying takes one call. You send your handles and what you want from the next six months; we tell you what we would do, what it costs and how you leave. Ask for the commission rate and the notice period in writing on that call, and do not sign anything during it.

Book the call at [calendly.com/bunny-agency/30min](https://calendly.com/bunny-agency/30min), or send the form below first. Either way, this page is the whole process written down — more than most of the agencies already in your inbox will put in public.

## What happens after you apply to a Fanfix management agency?

Four steps, in this order. You book a call and send your handles; we look at what you already have and say whether we think we can add anything; you get the rate, the term, the notice period and the access route in writing; and you take that away and read it without us in the room.

Between the third and fourth step is where creators get caught, so take the week — nobody who deserves the work will mind. We are not able to get you onto Fanfix. The platform is invite-only, every application is reviewed by its Partnerships team, and approval is at Fanfix's sole discretion ([Fanfix FAQ](https://fanfix.io/faqs) and [Creator Terms of Use](https://auth.fanfix.io/creator-terms-of-use) §1.1, checked 2026-09-20). If you have not applied to Fanfix yet, start with [how to get approved](/how-to-get-approved-on-fanfix/) instead of with us.

## What do we need from you?

Your social handles, whether your Fanfix account already exists, and what you are trying to protect. That last one decides most of the work: a creator with live brand partnerships has different constraints from one without, and the point of a platform that bans nudity and calls itself "strictly safe-for-work" is that those constraints stay manageable.

That phrase is Fanfix's own, from its [FAQ](https://fanfix.io/faqs), checked 2026-09-20. If you sign, our chatters and managers sign in to your Fanfix account with your login and work through our own CRM built for Fanfix. The Terms of Service permit an agent to work from your User ID, and the same section says you must treat your username and password as confidential and bars users from soliciting, storing, collecting or using another user's login credentials ([General Terms of Service](https://auth.fanfix.io/general-terms-of-service), updated 2026-08-20). Our way of working is the practice that clause is about, so weigh it before you sign, and if you want certainty, ask Fanfix at hello@fanfix.io or a lawyer where you live.

## What should you ask us before you sign?

Five questions, and you should put them to every agency pitching you rather than only to us. We can answer all five in full today.

| Ask us this | Why it decides the deal | What a bad answer sounds like | Our answer today |
|---|---|---|---|
| What is the commission, and what revenue does it apply to? | A rate means nothing without its base: memberships only, or paid DMs and locked content as well | "It depends on the creator", or a percentage with no base named | 30% to 60% of your share after Fanfix's 20%, charged on revenue rather than profit |
| Do you take it through a Fanfix Revenue Agreement? | Fanfix pays an agency split automatically once you accept it, so the commission shows in your own dashboard | "We invoice you", with no reason given for skipping the platform's own feature | Yes. You accept it by email, Fanfix pays our share automatically out of each transaction, and you never pay us anything yourself, with no invoice and no upfront fee |
| How long is the term, what notice do I give, and is it exclusive? | This is the clause that decides whether you can leave | A term with no notice period attached, or exclusivity with no end date | Month-to-month, with no long-term lock-in, and you can leave at any time on 14 days' notice. It is exclusive for Fanfix: while you work with us, no other agency manages your Fanfix account. Your other platforms and brand deals are not covered |
| Whose bank account do the payouts land in? | If the platform pays the agency first, nothing else in the contract matters | Anything other than "yours" | Yours. Fanfix pays the creator's own linked bank account |
| How will your team get into my account? | The Terms you signed say your username and password must stay confidential, so how an agency gets in is yours to weigh | A vague answer, or none until after you sign | Our chatters and managers sign in with your login and work through our own CRM built for Fanfix, which is the practice that clause is about. You can change your password at any time, which ends our access |

The fourth row is the one to check first, on any contract, on any platform. Fanfix pays to the bank account linked in the creator's own payout setup, after tax information is supplied, and the creator picks weekly, bi-weekly or monthly ([payouts setup guide](https://blog.fanfix.io/payouts-setup-guide/), 2026-05-01, checked 2026-09-20). If the answer you get is anything other than "yours", you are being offered a landlord rather than a manager.

## What can we not answer yet?

One thing: what our published results look like, since there are none yet. The [results page](/results/) sets that out in more detail than we would like — and it is a reason to book a call rather than to sign from a web page.

What we can answer in full is how the access and the money mechanically work on Fanfix, which is [Fanfix management](/fanfix-management/), and what the platform's own rules require of both of us, which is the [FAQ](/faq/).

## What happens on the first call?

Four things: a look at what you already have, a straight answer on whether we think we can add anything, the rate, term, notice period and access route in writing, and a week to read that without us in the room. Nothing gets signed on the call, and no fee is charged for it.

## What does an agency need from a creator who applies?

Social handles, whether a Fanfix account already exists, and what she is trying to protect, such as live brand partnerships. Applying needs no account access. If she signs, this agency's chatters and managers sign in to her Fanfix account with her login and work through its own CRM built for Fanfix, while Fanfix's Terms of Service say her username and password must stay confidential and bar users from using another user's login credentials, so that practice is hers to weigh first.

## Does a creator need Fanfix approval before applying here?

Approval helps, though it is not required for a conversation. Fanfix is invite-only and approval is at its sole discretion, so no agency can decide an application on a creator's behalf. Anyone who has not applied to Fanfix yet should read [how to get approved](/how-to-get-approved-on-fanfix/) and submit alone.

## What can this agency not answer yet?

Published client results, and nothing else. There are none yet, and the [results](/results/) page marks them as pending rather than filling the gap with a plausible guess. The commission is 30% to 60% of the creator's share after Fanfix's 20%, paid to the agency by Fanfix through a Revenue Agreement. The contract is month-to-month, she can leave at any time on 14 days' notice, and it is exclusive for Fanfix: while it runs, no other agency manages her Fanfix account.
